Price Includes: Accommodation for up to six. (Extra people allowed with prior notification to reception,for a daily charge payable on site). Parking for one vehicle. Cleaning on arrival. Access to pool complex & all campsite facilities on both La Sirene & Hippocampe for party members with wrist bracelet.

To Take With You: Sheets and Towels ( Sheets and Towels available to rent either from us, or directly from the campsite.)

To Pay Locally: Taxe de Sejour (0.53 cents per person per day)

Damage Deposit: We require a cheque for €150 / £105 Stg, which we will hold until you have left the campsite, the cheque will not be cashed, and will be returned to you provided there is no damage and the mobile is left in a clean state, deductions if necessary will be deducted from this Damage Deposit and refunded after departure if client checks-out at the designated date and time (between 7am and 10.00am). Departures prior to 7am must be notified to Reception and Cleaning/ Damage payment forwarded to you.

A Cleaning Fee will be applied if accommodation is not left clean, this will be deducted from Damage Deposit where applicable.

Insurance: You must organise your own insurance.

Rentals: All rentals are usually from Saturday to Saturday with arrivals from 16:00 and departures before 10:00, but if you have specific dates in mind, please feel free to inquire about availability. We will do our best to accomodate.

Refunds: If we cancel your maximum refund is limited to the amount you have paid.

Climatic Conditions: we will not refund for holiday interruption due to climatic conditions or power failure. You are advised to insure against this risk.

Swimming pools: You should take note of local procedures regarding swimming pools: a lifeguard may not be on duty. Please note a swimming pool may not be open early or late season.

Countryside: The sites are in the country. You should be aware that country fauna and flora will be present. This could include field mice.

Bookings: We start to take bookings for the next season in the summer of the previous season once we have a preliminary agreement with the site in question.  In the event that a formal contract should not be signed with the site in the autumn a full refund is made.

Payment: You must pay 25% at the time of booking. The remainder is due 6 weeks before arrival. If you book your holiday less than 8 weeks before arrival you must pay the full amount at the time of booking. The contract when we receive your 25% deposit we will confirm your booking in writing and receipt your payment. We will confirm your accommodation and details of anything else you have requested (Sheets)When your final payment is paid we will issue a receipt and send directions and a check-in voucher to be presented upon arrival. Booking amendments are charged at €25. If you do not pay the final payment within 4 weeks of arrival the holiday is cancelled. Subsequent re-instatement, if possible, will incur a fee of €50.

Transportation: You are responsible for your own transportation. You agree to be bound by the rules and regulations of the campsite.

Industrial Action: We are not responsible for any loss resulting from industrial action, failure of utilities or loss resulting from severe weather.

Groups: The campsite is a family orientated site, the rules of the campsite do not allow groups of young people to rent mobiles.

Camping La Sirene: Reserve the right to refuse admission for any party arriving that are not on the list of occupants that they have.

Security: There is 24 hour security onsite, to ensure that everyone enjoys a trouble free holiday, Unacceptable behavior may result in a request to vacate the campsite altogether.

Cancellation: If you cancel your booking, or we have to cancel it because you have not paid promptly, you will have to pay a cancellation charge. This charge is the 25% deposit if you cancel more than 4 weeks before arrival. Less than 4 weeks before arrival the charge is a percentage of the total cost of the holiday.
For cancellation: 
35 - 41 days before arrival: 60%
28 - 34 days before arrival : 70%
14 - 27 days before arrival: 90%
Fewer than 14 days : 100%

Our Responsibility: We accept responsibility for all the parts of your booking made with us. If any part is not provided as promised, and if this has affected the enjoyment of your holiday we will, at our discretion, pay you appropriate compensation. You are required to give us the opportunity to address your problem while you are still at the resort by contacting Reception.
